Basically, it was love as first sight. As for myself, it elicited indescribable emotions. The first 5 minutes were silent, while psychosomatic responses started to set in. Somewhere in the background, the word "cool" kept echoing in my head. Having received some criticism for it's proclaimed 2+2 layout, my son had no difficulty situating himself in the back seat. Overflowing with excitement and unbearable anticipation, he made a very wise comment: "Dad a sports car that's for the whole family!" Although somewhat unrealistic, there was arguable validity to his statement. I then thought, what a great rationalization for those looking to satisfy their ID. I don't know about accommodating a large family, but the Audi is certainly a sports car. Weighing a slim 2,655 pounds 0-6 in at an admirable 7 seconds. Not bad for a 4 cylinder. Just thank the turbo dual-overhead 1.8 liter engine. At 5 valves per cylinder, it produces 180 horsepower. Do I need mention that only a time-speed manual transmission is only available. Why would you want anything else?
I could only imagine what the Quattro version with beefed up horsepower will be like to drive. For those salivating for the roadster, be patient, it's just around the corner. Overall, the Audi offers a unique driving experience you will not soon forget. This car certainly has style. As for the interior, it's a time integration of materials which include leather, wood, rubber, aluminum and stainless steel. Overall, the Audi TT offers a unique driving experience with an aura of quality, looks and satisfaction you will not soon forget.
