| This vehicle is looking for another proud owner. This auction is for a four wheel drive 1988 Isuzu Trooper. I bought this Trooper and have used it for the last few years as a family vehicle. This vehicle has always been well maintained. Although there are many good features of this Trooper, it is a bit "rough around the edges" and has quite a few imperfections (see description below). I no longer have a need for this vehicle and I would simply like to get it out of the way...it has been a great vehicle and it owes me nothing. I'm selling with a reserve and starting low...hopefully someone can use it! Vehicle Condition The body is straight and but has been wrecked. It was wrecked in 2002 but only the front end was hurt. The motor was not hurt. It will need to be repainted. The original paint is getting faded and the paint is of a lighter color of the car where it was wrecked. The interior is in nice condition for a vehicle of this age. The seats have normal wear and tears. nothing bad. The door panels look good, and the dash is in great condition too. The carpet is discolored from use, but is not torn up. The radio plays great. Mechanically, the engine is in great condition. It always starts easily and doesn't smoke. It does have a clunking noise when it runs. The speedometer cable broke back in 2001 so the mileage only reads 107,331. I am sure if you add 30,000 miles to that it would be the exact mileage. I just put a new motor in the car in yr 2000. The four wheel drive works fine and the air conditioning will need to be recharged. The vehicle is drivable.. Tires are in excellent like new shape. This trooper has tinted windows and has a 4 inch lift kit on it with 32 inch tires. It is a 2.6 liter, teal in color. Once again, I'm not looking to get rich selling this thing....I just need to get it out of the way. Hopefully someone can put it to good use. It will also be the perfect car for the upcoming winter months.
NOTE****** It must be moved within 5 days. If you are local and would like to see the car in person please let me know. You also have to pay an additional $80.00 for title change. THIS IS A PICKUP IN JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA ONLY. CAR CAN BE DRIVEN BUT I PREFER THAT YOU GET THE MOTOR CHECKED BEFORE YOU DRIVE IT. I DONT THINK IT IS ANYTHING SERIOUS BUT JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE. ALSO THE TROOPER HAS A CD PLAYER ALREADY INSTALLED. THE RADIO WORKS BUT THE CD PLAYER DOES NOT. I AM SURE IT IS SOMETHING SIMPLE TO FIX, I JUST HAVENT HAD THE TIME.
